I thought of the name, Chaos In Balance, over 25 years ago. It was a lightning strike, coming out of the darkness. At that time I couldn't articulate what that phrase truly meant. Till now.
All of the random coincidences, the chaos around me, struggled against each other, in forcefully intentional and unintentional ways that ended up in a beautiful balance, it was chaos in balance.
After 25 years of life'ing, board rooms, project launches, organizational transformation, and perpetually attending the school of hard knocks... and reading 100s of books, I consumed and applied so many frameworks, theories, and approaches to life.
This work laid the groundwork for ChaosInBalance.com and the need to support you, the leaders that make an impact, be successful in each meaningful and purpose driving endeavor.
